- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return

Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@kimanhuy.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
