Shipping Destination
KAH Jewelry currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
Shipping Time
Standard US Shipping: 3–7 business days
All orders are shipped via tracked carriers.
Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days total (processing + shipping combined).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Free Shipping: On all orders over $30
Standard Shipping: $3.99 on orders under $30
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@kimanhuy.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@kimanhuy.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
KAH Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. KAH Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
